The New York Yankees are a professional baseball team who play in the Bronx. They have won 27 World Series titles and were the home to such players as Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra, Lou Gehrig, and Joe DiMaggio. Basically every early baseball player whose name we still know was a Yankee. But they weren't just good in olden times. The Bronx Bombers have been dominant during their entire career.
